As the Digital Marketing Manager for Fervenz, I took the brand from an offline presence to a digital success story. Starting from the ground up, I crafted the website, captured all product imagery, and developed the initial content. My comprehensive role spanned SEO, SEM, Social media marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, drip email campaigns, and more, encapsulating a full spectrum of digital marketing techniques

02 — Creative process

My approach was a masterful mix of creativity and analytics. I leveraged Google Analytics for ongoing website optimization and crafted SEO-enriched content. I also created & managed targeted ad campaigns across Google and social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok , Instagram & many more, innovatively utilised WhatsApp Marketing and drip email campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement. As momentum built, I expanded my team, steering them towards cutting-edge content creation and ad optimization.

Instagram & Facebook

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Fervenz, I expertly elevated the brand's social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram. My innovative approach on Facebook involved curating and optimizing a diverse range of content, complemented by strategic Meta ads, resulting in significant audience growth and engagement. Simultaneously, on Instagram, I fostered a vibrant community, reaching over 80,000 accounts and averaging 250 likes per post through targeted content and hashtags, exemplifying my skill in harnessing social media's power for dynamic brand enhancement and customer interaction.

Amazon & other E-commerce platforms

I strategically expanded our online presence by establishing accounts on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Etsy, leveraging their extensive marketing reach. I meticulously uploaded 1500 SKUs with detailed descriptions and implemented A+ branding. My management of Amazon ads was focused and effective, optimizing for maximum visibility and sales. This comprehensive strategy not only amassed numerous product reviews but also escalated our order processing from zero to an impressive 500 orders per day, demonstrating my adeptness in e-commerce management and digital marketing.

I masterfully crafted their website from the ground up, meticulously photographing and uploading 1500+ SKUs with SEO-optimized copy. My efforts extended to enhancing SEO ( on page, off page & technical), and implementing strategic SEM campaigns. This holistic approach significantly improved metrics, are we our keywords were ranking, we were showing on google search page organically, showcasing my end-to-end expertise.

Analytics (GA4)

Leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Sprout Social, Rival IQ & many more, I crafted a data-driven marketing strategy for Fervenz. This analytical approach significantly improved our metrics: increasing Click-Through Rate (CTR) by 40%, new user acquisition by 50%, and total revenue by 60%. It also reduced the bounce rate by 30%, enhanced Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) by 35%, lowered average Cost Per Click (CPC) by 20%, and boosted organic search results, engagement, and conversions by over 50%, showcasing my proficiency in utilizing analytics for impactful marketing outcomes.
