As a Digital marketing specialist, I led a dynamic digital marketing campaigns, focusing on their unique African artefacts and live crystal auctions in Canada and the USA. My role encompassed promoting these events across social platforms, enhancing online sales, and managing their Shopify website

02 — Creative process

Employing advanced digital tactics, I created captivating content, ran targeted Meta and Google Display ads, and fostered online community engagement. My initiatives included interactive live auction promotions, high quality product photography, and compelling social media reels, tailored to draw substantial online audiences.

Out of many campaigns I also created a highly engaging "Spin to Win" campaign for live events, where participants buying products worth $500 got a chance to spin a wheel for prizes. This wheel offered various rewards like gift cards, precious stones, and discount coupons. The campaign generated immense engagement and significantly increased likes and interactions, effectively boosting both sales and customer excitement.

For our 10,000th order milestone on Shopify, I crafted a celebratory reel featuring our boss dancing, symbolizing our joy and success. To further enhance customer engagement, we offered discounts and hosted flash bonus sales during our live selling sessions. This approach not only amplified customer happiness but also attracted 35k audience to our live events, effectively increasing sales by 26% and brand awareness.

03 — Results

The campaigns were a resounding success. Live auction participation exceeded 20,000 daily, and Nharo achieved top local search ranking in just 4 months. This strategy led to a 150% ROI, 75% increase in brand awareness, a 60% boost in PPC efficiency, 50% growth in total and new users, 40% higher engagement rate, 30% improved user retention, tripled conversions, and doubled customer lifetime value, firmly establishing Nharo as one of market leaders.

With 4 months, posting 7 times a week and doing at least 5 stories daily, we raised story views by 150% and posts engagement (likes, comments, saves, and shares) by over 300%
