01 — Project details

As a Social Media Specialist for OPAWZ, I spearheaded a campaigns to elevate the brand's digital presence. My focus was on highlighting their unique range of creative grooming products, mostly temp colours & wash machines, while emphasizing the brand's decade-long commitment to pet safety and education in creative grooming practices.

02 — Creative process

My strategy involved a blend of education with engaging user generated content and targeted social media marketing. I developed a series of captivating posts and interactive stories that showcased OPAWZ's products in action, highlighting their safety and creativity. Additionally, I implemented targeted ads to reach specific demographics, focusing on pet owners and grooming professionals interested in innovative grooming solutions

"My innovative Instagram posts, blending user-generated content with product showcases and educational tips, achieved remarkable engagement with over 350 likes, 70 comments and a reach of 30,000+, highlighting our tagged Insta shop."

"My TikTok video that powerfully educated customers on using our dyes to enhance pet safety during hunting season. Skillfully incorporating targeted keywords, the video achieved success with over 15,000 views, around 2,500 likes, approximately 300 saves, and 66 shares, underlining its impactful message and wide audience reach."

"I made a Facebook campaign focused on celebrating creativity and joy in pet grooming. Leveraging Meta ads, the campaign resonated deeply, resulting in a 17% surge in orders. The post itself was a hit, receiving 1.7k likes, 173 comments, and an impressive 387 shares, reflecting its powerful appeal and success."

"In this strategic Facebook campaign, I showcased the effectiveness of our products on various hair colors, employing targeted SEO keywords and blending user-generated content with product imagery. This approach captivated our audience, yielding impressive results with over 1,000 likes, 129 comments, and 300 shares, demonstrating significant market engagement and product appeal."

03 — Results

The campaigns were a resounding success, generating a 40% increase in social media engagement and a 25% uptick in website traffic. Most notably, there was a 30% growth in sales, particularly in the new product lines featured in the campaign. The brand also saw a significant increase in followers on their social platforms, enhancing their market visibility and brand recognition in the creative grooming industry

To foster community engagement, I initiated a 'Happy Pets' content campaign, highlighting joyful, colorful pets. This strategy encouraged community members to share photos of their pets, colored with our products, in our group. By tagging us and rallying likes from family and friends, the post with the most likes won gift vouchers. This approach not only amplified engagement but also showcased our product's impact, making it a vibrant and interactive marketing success.
